Terms of Service
These terms explain what you can expect from Viewing Buddy, and what we expect from you.

1. Our service
Viewing Buddy attends scheduled property viewings on your behalf, completes an agreed checklist, asks your nominated questions where possible, and provides a same-day written report with permitted photographs or video.
We provide independent visual observations only. We are not a real-estate agency, building inspector, pest inspector, property valuer or legal adviser.
2. Booking requests and payment
For our current launch, bookings are made by request. Once we confirm the service area and viewing timing, we issue a secure payment link. Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Prices shown are introductory and may change. Add-ons such as travel, urgency and weekend attendance are configurable and confirmed before payment.
3. Permissions and media
Photography, recording and live video always depend on permission granted by the agent or property manager at the viewing. We will not take or share media where permission is refused or where doing so would breach the property's rules.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate property, viewing and contact details. Our observations reflect the property at the viewing time only, and you remain solely responsible for your rental and purchasing decisions.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service booked. We do not guarantee a property's suitability, condition or availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations are handled under our Cancellation Policy. Please review it before booking.
