What we are not

- •We are not a building, pest, electrical or safety inspector.
- •We are not a property valuer.
- •We are not a legal or financial adviser.
What our report is
Our report is a record of factual visual observations made at the viewing, at a single point in time. It is not a certification, a guarantee, or a substitute for professional inspections.
Things outside our scope
- •We do not test appliances, plumbing, electrical systems or structural elements.
- •We do not assess mould, pests, compliance or hidden defects.
- •We do not access areas that are locked or where entry is not authorised.
- •We do not handle bonds, rent or application deposits.
- •We do not enter into undisclosed referral arrangements with agents.
Permissions
Photography, recording and live video depend on permission granted at the viewing. Where permission is not given, those elements cannot be provided.
Your decisions remain yours
Observations reflect the property at the viewing time only. Viewing Buddy does not guarantee a property's suitability, and you remain responsible for your rental and purchasing decisions. Important points should always be confirmed in writing with the property manager.
Staying scam-safe
Never pay a bond or deposit based solely on a social-media listing. If something feels wrong, pause and verify. An independent viewing can help confirm a listing is genuine.
