Plans change — here's how cancellations and reschedules work.

Before payment
Because we confirm availability before issuing a payment link, you can withdraw a booking request at any time before payment at no cost.
After payment, before the viewing
If you need to cancel a paid booking, please let us know as early as possible. Reschedules to another available viewing time are offered free of charge where practical.
Where a viewing has not yet been attended and reasonable notice is given, we will refund your payment less any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.
Short-notice cancellations
Cancellations made very close to the viewing time may not be refundable if our Buddy is already travelling to or attending the property.
If we can't attend
If we are unable to attend a confirmed viewing for any reason, you will receive a full refund or a reschedule at your choice.

To cancel or reschedule, email hello@viewingbuddy.com.au with your booking details as soon as possible.
