We collect the details you provide when making a booking request — including your name, email, mobile, location, and the property and viewing details you supply. We also collect the observations, photos and video captured at the viewing where permitted.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to confirm availability, attend the viewing, prepare and deliver your report, process payment, and communicate with you about your booking. We may send you a review request after your report is delivered.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to deliver your booking (for example, payment, email and secure media storage providers), and where required by law.

We do not enter into undisclosed referral arrangements with agents.

4. Media handling

Photographs and video are captured only with permission and are stored securely. We retain media only as long as needed to deliver and support your report.

5. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep booking records for as long as necessary to meet our legal and operational obligations.
